Abstract :
An athermal multi-wavelength VCSEL array is demonstrated using thermally-actuated cantlevers. The wavelength variation is reduced within ± 0.017/K, which is 4 times smaller than conventional VCSELs, enabling four wavelengths array in 2.5nm spacing under uncooled operations.
