  • Abstract
    This paper discusses in detail the theory of non-optimum analysis on traffic safety systems. It points out that the main problem of exploring indefinite traffics behavior optimum lies in the lack of non-optimum analysis on the traffic system. The paper establishes the syndrome and empirical analysis based on the non-optimum category of the traffic safety system. At the same time, it also puts forward the non-optimum measurement of the traffic behavior along with non-optimum tracing and self-organization of the traffic behavior systems. The formation of non-optimum traffic behavior analysis serves as the basis for existence of optimum traffic systems. Besides, the various modes of the optimum traffic management can be measured from the non-optimum behavior analysis of traffic system. By summing the practice, this paper has also come at maximum sub-optimum principle of the traffic system, established the conception of traffic trusted behavior and put forward method about trusted behavior evaluation. Finally, according to the previous practice of optimal traffic behavior, kind of method has been developed to approach the optimum behavior system from non-optimum behavior.
