Abstract :
Class DE current driven low di/dt rectifier is proposed and analyzed. The Class DE current driven low di/dt rectifier has advantages of low diode current stresses, diodes´ turning on at zero di/dt and low absolute value of dv/dt, and turning off at low absolute value of di/dt. Therefore, the rectifier reduces switching losses, switching noises, and reverse recovery effect. The equations of diodes and inductor waveforms and current transfer function are obtained at any diode on-duty ratio. Moreover, the simulation and the experimental results are presented. Theoretical, simulation and experimental results were in good agreement.
