Abstract :
This paper introduces an hierarchical masked image filtering technology on security camera for privacy protection. Demonstration system is simulated to security-camera and its environment. This system can be masking or unmasking on human face, which is recognized automatically, in real time. After that, the notebook PC receives masked images via a LAN connection from the ultra-compact single board computer (Beagle-Board-xM) and executes unmasking operation depending on authorization. Thus, the proposed system can give visitors experience of privacy protection effect by comparing between two monitors.
