  • Abstract
Existing studies of degradation process are most in the presence of single distribution, but the system degradation process are often multi-stage in practice, and different degenerate distribution corresponding different stages. Based on the general model of degradation process, this paper assumes degenerate distribution of two-stage mode to be different normal distribution, the value of shock times obey Poisson process. Degradation process modeling method of two-stage degraded mode is studied and system remaining life distribution model is selective analysis. In case study, some parameters are given specific values to analyze remaining life distribution for a system with two-stage degradation process.
