Abstract :
Crankshaft as the heart of the piston engine, this paper uses aviation engine crankshaft as the research object, introduces the classification of metal heat treatment process, and analyzes the working conditions, material selection, crankshaft forging temperature and heat treatment process. And as the crankshaft heat treatment quenching cracks, oxidation and decarburization an example, analysis the defect, puts forward the specific prevention measures. In this paper, the research on heat treatment process of aviation piston aircraft engine crankshaft repair, design, manufacturing has a certain reference value.
