Abstract :
For parallel test issue of multiple devices, we propose a wireless parallel test system based on ZigBee, with a master device works as the coordinator to create a wireless network and many slave devices working as terminal nodes. With the help of a master device and slave devices, test commands can be sent to every device under test (DUT) and receive the corresponding test results from every DUT in a parallel way. This method is both efficient and convenient, and it also saves testing cost and reduces complexity significantly. The system has a low-power feature and good communication performance, so it is fit for the synchronous test in parallel test architecture.
