Abstract :
Under the new technical condition, the promotion of equipment complexity and high-tech features makes a significant increase in the workload of equipment support. Commands of support organizations become more complex. In order to meet these demands, the equipment support system has gradually evolved to the network structure. Network-centric equipment support system will become the development trend of support system. Based on the materials transportation functions of support system, this paper abstracts it into a network structure. According to support task nodes are divided into two types, support nodes and demand nodes, which stand for support stations and materials demand entities. Transmission lines between the nodes, which transport support materials from support nodes to demand nodes, are abstracted as links of the network. According to the topology structure of the backbone support network this paper analyzes it based on network structure. Firstly, a network model including support nodes and demand nodes is established; Secondly, support tasks are described based on the support network model; a task demand model is built, as well as functionality and performance models of the model nodes. In this model, a support node gives service to certain demand nodes. When the support node reach its maximum capacity, its demand nodes can seek service to another support node nearby. Lastly, according to the task model of support network and Monte Carlo simulation, a mission reliability evaluation method is built, which supposes demand nodes submit to a certain failure distribution, missions are driven by failures, regards processing capacity of support nodes as constraint conditions, and that support nodes can meet the mission requirements is the criterion. Based on an aircraft support system, this paper abstracts it into a network model. The mission reliability of the support network under the random nodes failures conditions is analyzed and evaluated. In this paper, a - ew mission reliability modeling based on network structure is designed in support system. Compared with former support network model, it considered about demand node´s failure rate and the network´s mission reliability. The mission reliability of support network is primarily analyzed and evaluated.
