Abstract :
PHM is a method to enhance the equipment support ability, has been widely used in aircraft and other persistent task system, applications in missiles and other non-persistent task system relative to lag behind. In order to maintain the performance and prolonged service life of tactical missile during long-term storage, a PHM system architecture to storage and life extension which can be applied entirely in early design and latest design type tactical missile is proposed. Based on the design status of tactical missile, it clearly put forward that the equivalent training equipment for user and special design “life monitor missile” can be as an important component of the application of PHM. In this system, in addition to the application of classical techniques, the equivalent training equipment, life monitoring. Engineering approach to the architecture of data acquisition, life degradation factor analysis, and life prediction process was designed, and the main technical problems were analyzed. The research can effectively achieve the life evaluation of tactical missile weapon system, reduce the cost of life extension and upgrade. It also has referenced value for the related development of other weapon system.
