Abstract :
Template-stripping is used to produce plasmonic nanoholes on chemically-patterned substrates for real-time, multiplex vapor sensing. The open-hole geometry allows simultaneous response from both sides of the chip during exposure to <;10 ppm ethanol in nitrogen.
