Abstract :
In this paper, Chinese was divided into two groups of Han and Minority groups. First, population trends of both groups were estimated by a simple discrete exponential growth model. Second, population trends of both groups were simulated and analyzed by Logistic model based on 2000-2010 census data and sample survey data. All models were evaluated and analyzed. The conclusions were whether it was the Han population or minority population, perhaps in a thousand years, their population number could be a qualitative change, but in five hundred years it could not be appeared that minority population is more than the Han.
