  • Abstract
    This paper presents a work covering some aspects regarding electric and electronic equipments detection and recognition by their electromagnetic emission profile. Based on the presented tests, the authors stress that the electric and electronic equipments have an own electromagnetic emissions signature, correlated with individual signal sources present inside the equipment, which can be evaluated in order to detect and recognize different source signals or class of equipments. Our current research project involves electromagnetic signature database and evaluation software development using AI software techniques.
