Abstract :
The research presented herein aims at managing emergencies by means of a Federated Cloud of Things wherein cloud resources such as computing, storage and network resources, physical objects like sensors and actuators, as well as virtual object resulting from the processing of user-generated data are connected together in order to provide a virtual seamless infrastructure to tackle emergency situations.
