Abstract :
The combustion system is a large inertia, pure delay, nonlinear distributed parameter system. The control effect of PID regulator and dual cross limiting PID control in the combustion system is not satisfactory; the conflict of the overshoot and response time can not be resolved with relatively poor anti-interference ability of the system. In the control of the roaster, by adopting the method of combining dual cross limiting control and fuzzy control, we use Siemens S7-400 to achieve dual cross limiting and fuzzy control, meanwhile get a better control effect.
