Abstract :
We report our latest experimental results of the half-wave coupled rectangular ring-FP laser. Wavelength tuning of 50 channels covering L band at 100GHz spacing is achieved, with SMSR up to 41dB. Direct modulation at 2.5Gbps is also demonstrated.
