Abstract :
As the fuzzy set is actually a precise constant function, it can´t accurately describe the uncertainty of the language. While the determining of type-2 fuzzy set(T2FS) membership function is provided with a certain degree of freedom, which is convenient to facilitate the calculation. Meanwhile, the determination of the continuous primary membership function contains the uncertain influence caused by uncertainty. Therefore, predicting the postgraduate state line´s intensity fluctuations based on interval type-2 fuzzy set is more accurate. In this article, covering the fluctuation range of state line by multiple words is completed, and fuzzy words are expressed by applying of interval type-2 fuzzy set. Using the image word´s computational methods of interval type-2 fuzzy set´s fuzzy rules, ultimately the fluctuation in the size range of the state line is predicted.
