Abstract
Simultaneous ranging and laser-spectroscopic gas-sensing is demonstrated for the first time with a non-pulsed sensing technique. Besides remote sensing, spectroscopy with highly multi-mode cells will become calibration-free. Extension to a simultaneous multi-path measurement is possible.
