  • Abstract
    To reduce the energy consumption and save energy, this paper has finished the study on cement clinker burning process energy efficiency and realized the online estimation on key parameters of energy efficiency, such as coal calorific value, thermal efficiency and so on. For monitoring the real-time parameter, we have developed the energy efficiency analysis software. The software is based on the key energy efficiency model and includes data collection system, hot economic online calculation system, data analysis system, historical data storage and query system, help system and so on. It has finished real-time statistics and analysis of cement clinker burning process and played a good role in directing production.
