Abstract :
Parameters management and analysis are the basis for units running and revamping. They also provide scientific guidance for studying chemistries and dynamics of catalytic cracking reactions. So far, each FCC unit is in the status under dispersing management and lack of specified collection and management of parameters. Therefore, the parameters resource could not be shared among each other so as to bring much trouble in establishing a precise model. Based on these reasons, a management system of comprehensive parameters has been developed for FCC units. The system is able to manage parameters for all FCC units during different periods. It supports users to input, edit, search data, and also has the function of data statistics, data analysis, form and graph output. The system helps users to make decisions properly.
