  • Abstract
    This paper presents a method to control the delays generated by a cascade of optical ring resonators (ORRs). Delays generated were implemented numerically using 5 ORRs of 12 mm diameter, embedded in silicon dioxide (SiO2) and silicon nitride (Si3N4), and their values were approximately constant in a bandwidth near to 3 GHz. The control parameters of the system are given by the coupling factor and the phase shift of each ORR.
