Abstract :
The paper presents the methodology of a synthesis of ground clutter rejector filter for pulse Doppler weather radar. The methodology allows to synthesize finite-impulse-response ground clutter filters with controlled width and depth of clutter rejection notch. Possible way to take into account the unevenness of rejector filter velocity characteristic in its passband is described. The universal lattice filters are demonstrated to be an effective tool for practical implementation of clutter filters been proposed.
