Abstract :
The most recent Mongolian use the Cyrillic script. But traditional Mongolian script is crucial to maintain. Although Mongolian script is taught in secondary school, now there is little opportunity to use Mongolian script. Also, Mongolian script has a thousand year of history and its most pronunciations and transcripts are different. It makes more difficult to read fluently and write correctly. Therefore, we faced a problem for keeping our heritage, culture and increasing the use of Mongolian script, in particularly for writing Mongolian script correctly. One solution is to develop a microblogging system in Mongolian script using the smart dictionary. The smart dictionary can dynamically convert from Cyrillic word into Mongolian script and present descriptions of word meaning. In this paper, we proposed a microblogging system in traditional Mongolian script. It can make Mongolian script easier to learn and use.
