  • Abstract
    Human Computer Interaction (HCI) aims to improve the interactions between users and computers by making computers more usable and receptive to users´ needs. In this paper we propose an algorithm to convert a surface into an interactive surface using webcam to improve HCI. We introduce a novel algorithm to control cursor position as well as cursor command. In our algorithm, we incorporate template matching and color detection techniques. This interactive surface works as a touch screen.
