Abstract :
In recent years, the government sampling test pass rates of the DT were not high. The quality of the DT was worried, which brings serious risks to the security and stability operation. It has important significance to study on effective quality control method of the DT. The main quality defects and reasons of the DTs during the sampling test are introduced. The sampling test theory is studied based on the game theory. The key factors of the sampling test effect are analyzed. The method of establishing quality information system of DTs based on life cycle theory is proposed, which includes production, installation, operation and maintenance process. The DT´s quality control method based on life cycle information and sampling test is study on. The method is verified by the DT sampling test example of the power grid enterprise. The key sampling test items of the DT are given out based on the effect analysis.
