Abstract
Flexible load will become valuable means to balance fluctuations induced by renewable energy in the future. It´s a key issue to assess the capacity of source-load interaction. This paper analyzes the concept of source-load interaction first. Then an evaluation index system for source-load interaction is proposed in order to effectively reflect the impact of interaction on power grid, which involves two categories: the power flow distribution index and the interaction effect evaluation index. Finally, simulation results based on the IEEE standard 39-bus system are discussed in this paper, illustrating the effectiveness of the proposed index of interaction performance evaluation.
