Abstract :
Two aspects are concerned, which is returned battery resulting waste of resources and recycling high utilization costs, as well as the impacts on the grid from electric vehicle fast charging. This paper presents a method for optimal allocation of electric vehicles echelon-use batteries and fast charging stations combined. According to the typical fast charging station load, analyzed that is the costs of using energy storage systems operation and maintenance, and the profits of delaying the distribution network upgrade, peak load shifting and reducing network losses. Economic model based on energy storage system is established, which realize the extended value of returned battery and fast charging stations economy of operation.
