Abstract :
Energy storage system is used to solve the problem of peak load shifting in city distribution network. Generally, several distributed energy storage systems are allocationed. This paper proposed a power distribution and coordinated control method in use of peak load shifting. First, calculated the total adjusted power of energy storage on base of load value and valley-to-peak requirement. Then, took power distribution and coordinated control between several systems in constraint of their rated capacity and realtime state feedback. The method can realise not only the peak load shifting of distribution network, but the coordinated control between different energy storage, and meet the regulation requirement of different time scale load, meanwhile avoiding over-charge or over-discharge.
