Abstract :
With the development of sustainable and healthy urban economic and the improvement of people´s living standards, people require more on strong power grid, power grid security and stability, power quality and service level. Around the development goals of building strong and smart grid, Jinan Power Supply Company promotes the coordinated development between distribution power network and urban infrastructure, actively uses new smart grid technologies. Based on the technology of feeder automation, we adjust the grid structure, enhance the distribution network´s operation security, flexibility and reliability to meet the growing demand of electricity request and network development, accomplish the construction of first-class intelligent network project in the urban core area. This article describes the construction planning and economic and technical indicators of the core area, expounds feeder automation construction through “centralized type” feeder automation, “voltage-time type” feeder automation, user side feeder automation three aspects, analyses the benefits after the completion of the smart distribution network in the urban core area.
