Abstract :
Since condition monitoring technology is not yet completely developed and corresponding devices require extra investments, it is not economic efficient for distribution network, with massive devices, to be equipped with specialized condition monitoring equipment respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to research condition evaluation technology for distribution equipment based on operation data and previous maintenance records under current circumstance. On this occasion, the paper established a condition evaluation index system for distribution network, adding indices based on operation data and maintenance records on the basis of available guidelines which derive from routing inspections and tests. The proposed index system can provide foundation for future CBM decision-making of distribution network.
