Abstract :
Security, economy, and efficiency are the major goals of strong SmartGrid, and it is a excellect way that the construction of SmartGrid characterised by multi-parts interactions to get these goals. A new energy management platform for the multi-parts interactive smartgrid is proposed in this paper, which designs the grid´s new operation mechanism, consisting the interaction platform of transmission grid and distribution grid, could be the basement for deep perception of all sections of the grids, accurate forecasting, intelligent decision by encouraging clients participate in grid´s interaction, inorder to catch up large-scale intermittent renewable energy output adjustment mode. Finally, the structure and design plan of this platform is also proposed in this paper, and its feasibility could be proved by the example of Ningxia Power Grid.
