About the form of future smart grid, there are many opinions which are divergent in the industry. Based on concept of Web 2.0, this paper put forward concept, form, feature and development trend of smart grid 2.0. The main points are: smart grid 2.0 is further fusion with energy technology and information technology, its main characteristic is sharing and interaction; To transformation into a comprehensive energy network is the glorious mission of smart grid 2.0; smart grid 2.0 is an open platform, which will cause innovation on technical and management; smart grid 2.0 is a profound transformation, who can seize this opportunity, who will become the leader of future smart grid.
