Abstract :
In this paper, a secure and efficient smart distribution management system is proposed. Firstly, the effects of Distribution System Security Region (DSSR) theory on smart distribution network are analyzed. The DSSR theory provides an approach to implement a new operation mode of real-time security analysis and control. Secondly, we propose a new management system for future smart distribution networks, which consists of functions such as security analysis, monitoring, alarming, control, optimization, risk evaluation and so on, resulting in a more secure and efficient distribution system operation. Finally, a practical case is presented to illustrate the proposed DSSR-based management system.
