Abstract :
The article considers the WiMAX MIMO system with dual polarization orthogonal transmitting antennas. This report shows how to simulate multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) multipath fading channels based on the IEEE 802.16 channel models for fixed wireless applications. Two transmit polarization orthogonal antennas and one receive antennas can used. It has been shown that the polarization decoupling is limiting capacity.
