Thinking of the standardized study on traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes diagnostic criteria

Studying the standardization of syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been the hot and difficult area of TCM research. With the development of science technology and multidisciplinary research in recent years, standardization of diagnostic criteria for the syndrome has made some progress in research. This paper discussed the necessity of studying diagnostic criteria of the syndrome based on the current status of analysis, then proposed research ideas of standardization for TCM diagnostic criteria, combining the theory and methods of epidemiological, data mining, artificial intelligence and molecular biology, and so on.
