Abstract :
Aperture coupling is one of the commonly used techniques to minimize the mutual interference between the antenna and the feed. We have demonstrated before that the feed could be two serial-connected apertures and the antenna could be composed of a ring and a patch. In this paper, another possible configuration, the parallel-connected apertures with the ring-patch antenna is investigated.
