  • Abstract
    In this paper, a new guided wave configuration hybrid integrated SIW-CPW with compact layout is proposed. The transmission performance, dispersion performance, attenuation performance and Sensitivities of characteristic of SIW-CPW with respect to various parameters are simulated. The results show that the SIW-CPW with the almost same normalized propagation constant and attenuation constant has lower characteristics impedance and effective dielectric constant than that of CPW.
