Abstract
Scatterance of sea surface is a substantial interferon in detecting or identifying objects over the ocean. In consequence, it´s vital to derive the scatter echo of sea surface. In this paper, a simulation method that can get fully polarimetric backscatter echo from sea surface is proposed.
