  • Abstract
To analyze the influences of solar panels on antenna far-field measurement, a method is provided that the amplitude and phase of electromagnetic field within the quiet zone are compared whether there are solar panels on the antenna measurement field or not. The analysis method and the simulation results are given in this paper. The research results indicated that the variations of amplitude and phase of S21 within quiet zone were quite large after putting the solar panels on the ground of antenna far-field measurement, which will lead the measurement precision of far-field measurement to be seriously affected.
