Abstract :
In this paper, we focus on the amplitude and phase consistency of W-band multi-channel transceiver components. The influence of amplitude and phase inconsistency of transceiver components is analyzed, and a calibration method of amplitude and phase consistency of W-band transceiver components by vector network analyzer and W-band frequency conversion components is provided. After the calibration, the measured results on sum-difference patterns verify that the method is effective and feasible.
