Abstract
This paper presents a wideband receiver design used for LTE system with frequency range from 400MHz to 6GHz. Superheterodyne architecture is adopted for high performance. The details of the wideband receiver are introduced in this paper. The wideband receiver is integrated on a six-layer PCB with small size, low power consumption and high accuracy. The measured results show that the wideband receiver meets the LTE standard perfectly.
