Abstract :
Recently, the research of 500GHz solid state electronics and ferrite isolator switch is lack. So we design the quasi-optical isolation network based on the theory of orthogonal polarization isolation. We already have designed the quasi-optical 225GHz isolation network. This article quoted the previous research method, investigated and done some emulation about the polarizing beam splitter and polarizing converter which are the focus of a quasi-optical polarizing isolation network. At last the simulations (made by HFSS) reveal the best size of the polarizing beam splitter and the polarizing converter. Through the parameter optimization, our quasi-optical isolation network can meet requirements that achieve the isolation more than 40dB and the transmission loss less than 2 dB.
