Abstract
This paper describes the pilot experimentation performed at neighbourhood level in the XI Municipality of Rome. The experimentation is performed by transferring electricity surplus from different buildings (without giving back the energy in excess to the ACEA utitlity supplier) thanks to the use of Odysseus - Open Dynamic System Management of energy supply, demand and storage in urban areas. This document includes also guidelines for experimentation validation and the methodology adopted for it.
