Abstract :
The converters primary control of the Distributed Power Generation Systems could be different in grid-connected mode from stand-alone mode. Starting from a real AC microgrid case-study, this paper provides a simulation platform to test feasibility and performances of the island mode operation of a voltage controlled grid-forming converter connected to a storage system.
