Abstract
Electric Vehicles are meanwhile an important alternative to conventional-driven Vehicles. The current capacity of the accumulator enables today an appropriable use and especially in urban areas. An use for long distances or high day range can be realised by quick charging stations. Therefore the development of an infrastructure for high power charging at places with public access like motorway service stations is essential for a wide utilization of electric vehicles. Different concepts for an integration of quick charging stations in power supply systems of weak infrastructure areas were investigated and compared.
