Abstract :
By applying and increasing the number of physical separate host´s requirements, for each operating system, the overall cost of data centers and clusters increase. For this reason, the owners of the physical host use virtualization technologies. Among the main motivations for using virtualization technologies these examples could be mentioned: Reducing arise the overall cost in the software and hardware used, balancing Load, maintenance system, resource management. One of the most important issues in virtualization technology is live migration of virtual machine. Live migration is moving a running virtual machine from one physical host to another physical host, without disturbing existed process in the virtual machine. At the live migration of virtual machine the two main parameters should be considered for evaluation. The first parameter, the total duration of live migration and the second parameter is the downtime. In this paper, by applying the scheduling algorithm Credit and Pre-copy algorithm which for transfer of virtual machines pages be used, about 51% of the total time for the live migration and 98% the time of system disability is improved.
