Abstract :
This paper presents design and measurement of the integrated readout circuit for NMOS THz detectors. This work is a direct continuation of the previous design, described in [1]. The main improvement - with respect to the former IC - is a modification in the AC amplifier structure. The new circuit still bases on a chopper amplifier architecture, but the selective AC amplifier is used to gain the modulated signal. This results in significant improvement of noise parameters. Designed structure was fabricated in AMS C35 process and measured in the dedicated testing environment.
