Abstract :
This paper introduces a method for downsizing of video size at time of decoding based on H.264/AVC standard. Inverse Transform (IT), Inverse Quantization (IQ), Motion Compensation and Intra prediction modified units are used instead of using standard units lead to reduction of calculation and reduction of decoding time by 40%.
