  • Abstract
    In electric power system, large-scale wind power connecting system has huge impact on power regulation. Therefore it is imperative that wind power participate in generic power system dispatch. The key question is how to process intermittent and stochastic of wind power. A stage-treatment method for wind forecasting power is provided in this paper. This method can distinguish high-reliability components of wind forecasting power and this component can participate in unit commitment. This method can distinguish high-reliability components of wind forecasting power and this component can participate in unit commitment. This method can reduce effect of random fluctuant of wind power effectively which power system should cope with. Simulation analyses verify established theoretical is effective.
