Abstract :
This paper describes a general evaluation of the reliability. Based on the reference TMN management model, It adopts the grading method to divide the power communication network, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system reliability. To reduce the subjectivity of indicator weight, improve the objectivity and credibility of the evaluation results, this paper presents an improved FAHP comprehensive reliability evaluation methods. The method is based on the logarithmic of least squares (LLSM) fuzzy weight calculation, use limit coefficient method to evaluate the results achieved de-fuzzification process. Examples assess the validity and feasibility of the method. Finally, research on the reliability of power communication network gives recommendations.
