Abstract
Distribution automation has improved significantly in distribution network information and interactive, it has been applied in a wide range of our country at present, it has to meet the distribution network rapid demand for high-quality development. However, due to its construction cycle longer (it normally takes several years), does not obtain the scale benefits immediately, it is need to monitor distribution automation construction and operation need to monitor and evaluate regularly, which can either summarize the experience of distribution automation construction, and provide guidance for distribution automation development. This paper, according to the different types of distribution automation system, puts forward a set of index system to distribution automation operation, the aim is to improve the distribution automation operation efficiency. The index system mainly includes remote control, communication, remote signal, master station and other categories of indexes. The index system not only can real, comprehensive, dynamic response of the actual operation situation of distribution automation system, but also adapt to different systems, which could solve the problems of basic information lack and human modify indexes. The index system has been recognition by State Grid Corporation of China, and has been used in many cities. Finally, in order to validate the index system, selected five typical cities to use the index system, the test result showing that the index system is easy to use, and has provided the powerful technical support operation analysis of distribution automation.
